He has run his recruiting firm since 2008. In 2020 and again in 2021 he was named one of the most influential headhunters in advertising by Business Insider. His background includes 25 years managing global accounts at blue chip ad agencies in NY and LA. He spent most of his career in three of the largest agencies: JWT, BBDO and FCB. He worked on Citi, Colgate and Jamaica Tourist Board accounts for domestic U.S. He traveled the world running the Nabisco, Frito-Lay and Cadbury accounts globally. He helped to make Oreo Cookies the best-selling cookies in the world while managing Nabisco’s advertising in over 40 countries. In 2004 he moved from bucolic Connecticut to sunny Los Angeles and helped two Hispanic advertising agencies upgrade their performance and win several new accounts. Tony served on the Board of Directors for Ad Relief, a volunteer organization made up of advertising professionals brought together to help their colleagues in times of life crisis.
