By confirming the booking of my interview on DailyAdBrief.com (“Interview”), I hereby irrevocably grant to Simplifi Holdings, Inc., its affiliates and licensees (collectively, “Simplifi”): (i) the right to record my Interview, including via videotape and/or sound record (“Recording”), (ii) the exclusive and unencumbered right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, telecast, publish and otherwise exhibit the Recording (or excerpts thereof, including still images), alone and/or in conjunction with other third party interviews or content, worldwide, in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, including in social media, and (iii) the limited right to use my name, likeness, voice and biographical material provided by me solely in connection with my Interview and/or the Recording, for editorial purposes and/or to promote Simplifi. I acknowledge that the Recording shall be owned exclusively by Simplifi. I hereby release Simplifi and hold Simplifi harmless from and against (i) any liability based on any personal property, residual, re-use or other payment by virtue of any such use of my name, voice, likeness or biographical material, or as a result of the exhibition, telecast or distribution of the Recording or any portion thereof; (ii) any claim arising out of any of my acts or statements made in connection with my Interview (including but not limited to defamation, invasion or privacy, and the like); and (iii) any claim for further consideration or compensation for my Interview or the rights granted hereunder.
